Refund & Return Policy
At Vraty, we want every customer to have a positive shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return in accordance with the conditions below.
Return Period
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the product should be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition. Where applicable, the original packaging, accessories, tags, and other included items should also be returned.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.
Please provide your order number and clear photos or videos showing the issue. After reviewing your request, we may offer a replacement, exchange, or refund.
If the problem is confirmed to have resulted from a product defect or an error on our part, reasonable return shipping costs may be covered by us.
Returns for Personal Reasons
If you wish to return an item because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong product, or no longer need it, return shipping costs may be your responsibility.
Original shipping fees may not be refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will normally be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Non-Returnable Items
Some products may not be eligible for return, including:
- Used, damaged, washed, or altered products.

- Products that cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons.
- Final-sale products clearly identified as non-returnable.
